Share Music Therapy

Share Music Therapy is a small practice that offers evidence-based group and individual music therapy sessions in-person and online. We are committed to furthering access to music therapy in the United States.

Meet the owner:

Cameron Wood, MT-BC

Cami is a board-certified music therapist based in the Bay Area of California. She has experience working in schools, pediatric hospitals, intensive care units, psychiatric facilities, and clients’ homes. She provides a humanistic, interdisciplinary approach with evidence-based interventions and support.

Past music therapy clients include:

  • Groups and individuals with IEP goals

  • Kids and adults with developmental disabilities

  • Kids and adults in short and long term intensive care units

  • Teens and adults with psychiatric needs

  • Premature Infants

  • Parents who have experienced trauma and grief

  • Teens and Adults for alcohol and substance abuse

  • Older adults with dementia

  • Adults and older adults recovering from stroke.

Cami earned a Bachelor of Music from New York University and went on to earn a Bachelor of the Arts in Music Therapy at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Cami was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and now resides in Pacifica, California. When she's not providing music therapy sessions, she can be found hiking with her dog, skiing, or surfing.
