Music Therapy for PTSD & Chronic Stress
We offer one-on-one music therapy sessions for people with PTSD or chronic stress. Clinicians address the nervous system and work with clients to address trauma response and tension, and support relaxation.
Alternatively, we have a group offering called Somatic Music Meditation. This method was developed by our founder to help people experiencing chronic stress to relax and unwind, often resulting in better sleep and a calmer lifestyle. It’s similar to a Sound Bath, but with the added value of being evidence-based. These group somatic listening experiences support nervous system regulation. She educates participants about mind-body connection and offers techniques for healing the nervous system in daily life.
