Slow It Down: Somatic Music Meditation
This guided meditation helps people experiencing chronic stress to relax and unwind. It’s similar to a Sound Bath, but with the added value of being evidence-based. You can rest assured that everything Cameron brings to you is based on science and has been proven to be effective. Cameron, a board-certified music therapist, applies her clinical expertise to craft these somatic listening experiences supporting nervous system regulation. She educates participants about mind-body connection and offers techniques for healing the nervous system in daily life. Participants are encouraged to sit or lie down and wear comfortable clothing during the session.
